The staff were extremely helpful. We arrived early and they managed to check us in straight away. The spa facilities were fantastic with lovely views. Food at the restaurant was delicious. "In a string of five backpacking days and high mountain huts, Hotel Sliezsky Dom was an unusually pampering exception. This is by far the most spoiling high mountain lodging I've ever been to (and I have trecked in five continents). Chef-made food, well equipped bar, comfortable rooms, and much more. "Hotel is very nice, children and pet friendly. The staff is fantastic, the rooms are clean only when you come for dinner later than 7:30 pm there is not so much to choose from. The hotel is connected to the Aqua Center. "

"A panzió legtöbb szobájának ablaka a főútvonalra és a vasútra néz, ezért éjjel is nagyon zajos. Nyitott ablaknál nehéz aludni vagy nem lehet. A wifi jelszó nélküli, ezért nem biztonságos. A bútor több évtizedes, szocreál stílusú. A kanapé és a fotelek agyonhasználtak, gödrösek. A más szobákkal közös erkély egyik ajtajához nem tudtak kulcsot adni, ezért nem lehetett bezárni."
